Uninstall iLock Application in Mac OS X – iLock removal steps from Mac OS X

Start the Activity monitor to look for the processes running, if you find the iLock application process running then quit it, make sure that iLock processes is not running.

Delete all files and folders related to the iLock app.
A reboot might be necessary to completely remove some apps.
